Cancellation policy 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time. 

However, due to a high demand in our services, we ask that 50% upfront payment is required as a deposit upon confirming booking. 

Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a full refund of the upfront payment. Please kindly provide a 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time, you will receive a full refund of the upfront payment. 

If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a gift certificate to reschedule at a later date.
Gift certificate(s) must be used within 90 days. 

We are sorry "No Refunds" will be offered if a "No-Show" or missing appointments without canceling before your scheduled appointment.
